Audio Forge Pro is a free, browser-based audio processing tool. All audio processing occurs locally in your web browser. We do not upload, store, or process your audio files on any server.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must have the legal right to process any audio files you upload
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your audio files. Audio Forge Pro claims no ownership over any content you process using the Service. The Audio Forge Pro name, logo, and website design are the property of Audio Forge Pro.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Audio Forge Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss or corruption of audio files.

7. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense after approval. These ads are served by third-party networks and are subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
